Product Lead, Life Sciences (New Products)

Abridge is a healthcare AI company seeking a Product Lead for their Life Sciences product line. The role involves defining product strategy, working with life sciences partners, and navigating data strategy and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of product management experience in life sciences, 0-to-1 experience, commercial fluency, and strong cross-functional credibility.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent building products for or within life sciences.
• 0-to-1 experience. You’ve shipped new products.
• Commercial fluency. You've worked closely with sales, partnerships, or BD on early-stage deals
• Comfort with ambiguity. You're good at running discovery, forming hypotheses, and updating quickly when you're wrong.
• Strong cross-functional credibility. You can talk to ML scientists about model outputs, to lawyers about data use agreements, and to a pharma VP about their clinical development pipeline.
