Job Description
AVID Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Director to oversee marketing projects and drive lead volume. The ideal candidate will work with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop marketing strategies to reach Massachusetts homeowners and renters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing leader in residential home services or construction space
- Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Experience managing a multi-channel marketing budget and exceeding lead generation goals
- Prior experience working with a high-volume phone sales team
- Proficiency across various marketing channels and social media platforms
- Graphic design skills
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams
