Chiller Technician

We are seeking a qualified, experienced chiller technician to join our fast-growing applied chiller service team in Central Texas (Austin) and surrounding area. The role involves performing troubleshooting, repair service, routine overhauls, and preventative maintenance for commercial & industrial HVAC equipment.

Requirements

• Perform troubleshooting, repair service, routine overhauls, and preventative maintenance for commercial & industrial HVAC equipment
• Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians
• Record progress with the latest digital tools and software
• Redeem customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner
