Job Description
Precision Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers in commercial HVAC systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a commercial HVAC technician with expertise in boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
- EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
