We are seeking a skilled Senior/Principal VFX Artist to create stunning visual effects for our ambitious open-world project. The role requires close collaboration with art, design, and engineering teams and involves shaping the visual identity of the project in its early development phases. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the project's visual elements.

Requirements

• Create and implement real-time high-quality visual effects for an open-world environment.
• Define the VFX pipeline and establish best practices.
• Work closely with the Art Director to establish the visual style.
• Crafting and designing the addition of flair and visual drama.
• Mentor and guide junior VFX artists.
