Requirements
- Higher education (a degree in IT, economics, or engineering is preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Knowledge of workflow-based systems and processes
- Experience in understanding and analyzing business processes
- Ability to connect processes with technical solutions
- Experience in various phases of the IT development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proficient English language skills
