The Academy of the Digital Industries is looking for an experienced sales mentor who uses modern sales techniques, CRM strategies, and digital instruments in their daily work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in sales positions in leading companies
- Experience working with CRM systems (setup, optimization, reporting)
- In-depth knowledge of modern sales methodologies and digital sales instruments
- Understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes - including decision-makers, target audiences, and sales funnels
- Skills in starting and closing conversations - both online and in-person
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping (Customer Journey Mapping) - analyzing the customer's path from the first contact to loyalty
- Data-based sales - sales analytics, KPI setting, and result monitoring
- Upselling and cross-selling strategies - discovering and using additional opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Ability to communicate and transmit information in Georgian language
- Ability to work with different types of audiences
