Director, Field Force Effectiveness, Neuroscience

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Field Force Effectiveness for its Neuro-Psych franchise. This role will lead the strategy, design, and execution of initiatives to drive performance and impact of field-based teams. The Director will partner with various leadership teams to ensure field teams are optimally deployed, effectively targeted, and motivated, with a focus on patient outcomes and business growth. The position requires expertise in biopharmaceutical commercialization and a collaborative, analytical approach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• 3+ years of combined experience in commercial analytics, incentive compensation, or field operations
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proven success in optimizing field force effectiveness
• Knowledge of incentive compensation plan design and administration
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to think critically and form a methodical analytic approach
• Strong organizational skills
