Job Description
Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Enablement to oversee the company's AI agenda, focusing on safety, ethics, value, and governance. The role will involve defining AI strategy, championing education, overseeing platform choices, and establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey and requires 3 days per week in the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Sciences, or a similar technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience deploying and implementing ethical AI frameworks and practices.
- Visionary leader with the ability to set an AI strategy.
- Deep knowledge of emerging AI technologies.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in a regulated environment following GxP processes.
