Manager Forecasting

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Forecasting to provide support to the commercial organization for neuroscience or rare disease franchises. This role involves developing annual forecasts, analyzing market dynamics, and ensuring accurate product performance expectations based on historical data and insights. The position requires strong forecasting, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field; MS/MBA a preferred.
• 5+ years of Commercial or Sales Operations experience with 2+ years in forecasting.
• Strong analytical and forecasting methodologies experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or forecasting applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel independently or with occasional layovers.
