Property Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain three close-by apartment communities. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, and communicate with residents and onsite teams. Experience in apartment or building maintenance is required, with a strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Experience in apartment or building maintenance
• Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and basic tools
