Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at Florist Gardens, an apartment community of 80 units. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and be able to troubleshoot and repair various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and communicating with the manager on daily work orders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Ability to physically inspect the properties
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
