Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and support two close-knit apartment communities. You’ll rotate between both properties, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
