Job Description
Accelecom is seeking a Commercial Test & Turn Up Engineer to oversee successful Day of Job (DOJ) installation and service validation for Enterprise/Carrier grade clients. The role will involve configuring services, installing equipment, and ensuring high-quality and on-time installations.
Requirements
- Participate in and run DOJ conference bridges
- Serve as a subject-matter-expert for the install & test-turn-up process
- Monitor installation schedules and coordinate with Engineering/Vendors
- Identify opportunities for improvement with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as liaison between Service Delivery & Service Assurance
- Support a product catalog including E-Line, E-Tree, E-LAN, Wave Optical, L3VPN, and Internet Service
- Work closely with non-technical Project Managers to explain technical topics and advocate next steps
