Job Description
Accellor is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Logistics functional domain to support cross-functional projects across warehouse management platform DC and hub rollouts, improving operations efficiencies and enhancing Transportation projects. The role focuses on leveraging industry-leading methodologies and project management tools, leading teams, and managing integration points within the logistics systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s in Computer’s Science Applications or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of Project/ Program management experience
- 8+ years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Retail experience
- Deep Technical understanding of Logistics IT systems, design, and architecture know-how
- Experience in working with technical developers
- Planning mindset and ability to create executable schedules
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems like Manhattan or relevant packages
- Experience integrating systems on multi-platform
- Extremely critical for ability to zoom out and provide meaningful inferences from data
- Experience with Project estimating, budgeting, and story development
- Proven experience in tracking and analyzing project metrics and trends
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong drive towards execution
- Proven ability to articulate project risks and issues with owners and due dates
