Senior Content & Growth Marketing Lead

AccelOne is a nearshore software development partner seeking a Senior Content & Growth Marketing Lead to lead the company's marketing strategy, content creation, and growth execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B digital marketing, growth, or content marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across formats and expertise in using AI marketing tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B digital marketing, growth, or content marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across formats (video, written, social, carousels, storytelling)
• Hands-on experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social)
• LinkedIn-first content and distribution expertise
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar performance tools
• Experience using AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Perplexity, Runway, Descript,+) in daily workflows
• Experience with branding initiatives, including brand refreshes, visual narrative development, or company website projects
• Background working in video content, social media production, editorial workflows, or multimedia content repurposing
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and/or AI-driven creative tools
• Strong experience with Notion, Miro, Figma, Canva, ClickUp, or equivalent collaboration tools
• CRM & marketing automation proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Strong analytics capability (GA4, dashboards, KPIs) with metrics-based decision making
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Talent)
• Excellent communication and writing skills for business, storytelling, and technical translation
• Advanced or bilingual English
