Cloud Support Deputy Site Lead

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Site Lead to join the Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) team, providing end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform. This role focuses on Livesite Engineering, Identity Management, Network Management, Tech Ops, and Customer Experience teams, impacting various product groups. The position offers 24/7/365 support within a collaborative, caring, and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience (or 7+ years of experience with a degree)
• Cross-team/group/org collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Active US Passport
• 24/7 Shift work may be required
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
