SAP Federal Cost Accounting Standards Consultant

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a SAP Federal Cost Accounting Standards Consultant to configure and implement the Controlling (CO) module within SAP for US government agencies or contractors. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal regulations like FAR and CAS while supporting cost recovery, profitability analysis, and integrating cost data with SAP modules like SAC, PS, FM, and Finance. The company provides technology to reinvent how federal agencies operate and deliver value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA, in a cost accounting or financial management role
• 3+ years of experience with Cost Modelling in a total cost recovery environment, leveraging and determining overhead rates and indirect costs
• Consulting or direct experience with federal agencies or government contractors
• Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and federal regulations (FAR, CAS, GAAP)
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP Controlling (CO) module and its integration with other SAP modules
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
