Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Technical Lead to shape and govern the integration landscape within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on providing technical guidance to scrum teams, developing governance documents, and implementing new integration solutions. It requires collaboration with strategic leaders and a strong understanding of integration technologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with ServiceNow-specific tools
- Strong command of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC)
- Proficiency in authentication methods (Basic, OAuth, SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Experience with integration architectures (point-to-point, event-based)
- Familiarity with data frameworks (JSON/XML) and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Kafka)
- CSA or CAD certifications
