Requirements
- Develop, test and deploy Generative & Agentic AI applications, including agent-based workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, drive prompting strategies, fine-tune and interact with both open-source & general-purpose AI systems.
- Collaborate with other AI engineers and software developers to deploy AI models into cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Work with Data & AI Architects to create solid architecture of AI products.
- Optimize AI application for performance and accuracy.
- Coach and mentor Junior AI engineers to develop multiple components of the AI applications.
