UI/UX Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Design Manager to strengthen our design team in Greece. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centric and visually appealing designs.

Requirements

• Manage a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the entire design process per project, from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Supervise user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the design process.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
