Job Description
The Financial Controller will be a strategic leader responsible for the supervision of all financial control, reporting, and compliance functions. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, supports strategic decision-making, and assures robust internal control mechanisms. It encompasses financial management, internal control, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Prepare annual and monthly accounts
- Implement and ensure compliance with group governance structures
- Ensure compliance with all regulations (Central Bank, Tax Authority, Stock Exchange)
- Ensure submission of all regulatory reports on required frequencies
- Ensure effective control mechanisms to prevent financial losses
- Monitor compliance with financing agreements
- Review commercial transactions for fiscal compliance
- Plan and prepare annual and periodic fiscal forecasts
- Management of the group insurance portfolio
- Management of risk indicators, self-assessment of risk control and promotion of a risk culture
- Management of projects ensuring compliance with group guidelines
- Approval of bank loans
- Management of tasks and ad hoc requests
- Assignment of tasks to the team and resolution of operational issues
