Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- NJ Teaching Certificate in Mathematics (Certificate of Eligibility acceptable)

- Subject matter expertise in middle school mathematics
- Team-oriented mindset with high expectations for students
- Understanding of adolescent development and mathematical learning progressions
