Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Services Specialist to join our 10 person strong team. The position is responsible for the safety and security of the residents and premises of the Emergency Shelter.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social services
- Excellent skills in crisis management, listening, verbal and written communication, maintaining professional and personal boundaries, conflict resolution and basic computer skills
- Availability for shifts 8:00am-6:00pm on the weekends
- Reliable transportation required
