Job Description
Seeking a PRN Resident Services Specialist 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am to maintain the safety and security of residents and premises of the Emergency Shelter. The ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged, with experience in social services and excellent skills in crisis management, listening, and communication.
Requirements
- Mature and responsible individual
- Experience in social services
- Excellent skills in crisis management, listening, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work multiple shifts and flexible schedule
