Job Description
The Social Work Intern will assist with providing direct support to clients at the emergency shelter, provide quality case management, and research resources for families and individuals.
Requirements
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED program
- Enrollment in a 2-year or 4-year accredited social work program
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, coordinate and organize effectively
- Strong computer and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the homeless population
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and dependable transportation
