GeoStabilization International is seeking a Project Manager-Cased Drilling to lead the delivery of geohazard mitigation and specialty construction projects. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Geological Engineering, and 5+ years of project management experience in construction or geotechnical work.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, leading planning, execution, and financial performance from award through closeout.
- Manage project risk, scope, and change proactively, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Direct field operations and resource planning in collaboration with operations, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and strengthening partnerships.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and major material procurement to maintain schedule and cost targets.
- Review and interpret project financials, forecasts, and progress reports to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead project reviews and post-construction evaluations to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
