Job Description
Access Services is seeking a highly motivated Crisis Response Worker to join their Montgomery County Mobile Crisis team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This 24/7 crisis support service offers counseling and interventions for individuals facing mental health, addiction, trauma, or other challenging experiences. The role involves providing support, crisis prevention, and linkages to resources, with a focus on fostering a supportive team dynamic. The position offers the chance to make a real impact and contribute to community growth.
Requirements
- Provide immediate access to ‘hands-on’ crisis support.
- Assess, support, and provide linkage to community resources.
- Develop and write action plans.
- Participate in assertive outreach to high users of crisis services.
- Complete progress notes and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience and reliable vehicle.
