Job Description
Access Services is seeking creative and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join their CLA (community living arrangement) group home teams in Allentown and Bethlehem, PA. DSPs provide person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism, working collaboratively with staff to maintain or increase independence and live fulfilling lives. The role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a new career in the human services field.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience as a direct support professional is preferred
- Validdriver's license and reliable vehicle during work hours
- US driver’s license for at least two years
- Ability to drive personal vehicle and company vehicle
