Job Description
Access Services is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join their In Home and Community Supports team in the Delaware Valley. This role involves coordinating care, providing direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes or communities, and contributing to the development of individualized support plans. The position requires a combination of support, coordination, and documentation.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
- Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance
- Experience with workplace applications, platforms and technologies
- Two (2) years of driving experience
