Internship: Street Medicine (Spring 2026)

Access Services is seeking a motivated and empathetic Intern to join our Homeless and Housing Services Street Medicine program. This role offers direct experience working with housing-insecure individuals and participation in a multispecialty integrated care team.

Requirements

• Engage with housing-insecure individuals to assess the level of medical care needed.
• Document and communicate the support needed to the appropriate Street Medicine team partners.
• Manage patient flow and triage using a waitlist.
• Participate in pre- and post-round care coordination conversations with the Street Medicine Team.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete documentation as required for care coordination and service delivery.
