Job Description
The Residential Counselor III will oversee the daily routines of residents, provide on-site supervision, and maintain a safe and supportive home environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Candidates should be passionate about helping residents achieve independence and participate in programs.
Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day routines of residents (wake-up, grooming, meals, social activities, PM curfew)
- Provide direct, on-site supervision for up to 12 residents
- Assist in handling resident finances and assets
- Administer medication and supervise residents packing medications
- Provide transportation to medical appointments
- Coordinate resident and family services
- Repair and report safety concerns
- Maintain schedule and attend training
