Job Description
The Senior Counselor coaches staff in the delivery of services to adults with behavioral health challenges, ensuring services are provided at the standard set by Agency leadership. The Sr. Counselor serves as the supervisor in the absence of the Site Supervisor and provides assistance with living skills development, health maintenance, personal care, and community integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with a related population
- Ability to work in a residential setting
