The Youth ACT Clinician is responsible for providing clinical treatment to children and youth 10-21 years of age at risk of re-entering or returning from high-intensity services. This role involves providing intensive, individualized services in a multi-disciplinary team environment, and assisting with assessments, documentation, and participation in agency meetings. The team focuses on recovery and family support.
