Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, law, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing bids and tenders for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of PPP structures, concession contracts, and transaction processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and management
• Proficiency in financial modeling, legal frameworks, and sustainability practices
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
