Payroll Manager

ACCIONA is a global company that develops regenerative infrastructure to create a positive impact on society. We are looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and support HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration in a multi-state environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, benefits regulations, and general HR laws
• Experience with Workday HRIS and payroll platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
