Job Description
Attract, find, and select employees with the necessary skills and competencies for the organization. This includes talent evaluation, publication of job offers, active talent search, talent planning, internal mobility, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a talent attraction technician
- High level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of employment portals (Infojobs, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS
- Advanced management of Microsoft Office
- Dynamic, resolving, and high-capacity worker
