Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and ITSM ticketing systems
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) and Windows environments
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified Professional or ITIL are a plus
- Experience with Intune, Linux, VMware, Azure, or AWS is a plus
