Job Description
This is a full-time Lead Plumbing Engineer position at ACCO Engineered Systems. The role involves independently delivering engineering services, from conceptual design through construction completion. Responsibilities include completing project planning, coordination, and execution, creating conceptual designs, managing code compliance, and ensuring the quality of design drawings.
Requirements
- Complete project planning, coordination, and execution with some oversight
- Independent completion of conceptual design and construction drawing development
- Create conceptual designs certified to Building Codes, Energy Codes, and LEED standards
- Solid understanding of commercial plumbing applications
- Appropriate engagement of engineering applications
- Professionally communicate with colleagues and project team members
- Manage time to meet project schedules and task deadlines
- Oversee other design team members
- Strong understanding of ACCO engineering standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Proactive and perseverance
