Job Description
As a QA/QC Supervisor at ACCO Engineered Systems, you will lead the quality control team, setting standards, coaching employees, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities include inspection, testing, data analysis, auditing, and problem-solving. This role focuses on minimizing risks and meeting industry standards. Project Management team members are supported in the project to be successful.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; with 10 years of overall experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seeking at least 8 years of experience in Quality Control focused on ASME B31 piping codes, industrial and commercial construction, fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing, and/or other similar fields.
- Current certification in accordance with AWS QC-1 as a Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI), Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), and /or ICC Mechanical – Commercial Certification preferred.
