Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a client base, managing HVAC/Plumbing/process sales, and overseeing field labor needs. They will use business acumen, leadership, and communication to ensure projects are completed successfully. Supervision of field leadership and team coordination are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
