Job Description
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring systems, handling communications, problem-solving operational issues, and maintaining the smooth flow of information within the organization. They will also be expected to proactively identify and address potential problems and contribute to efficient operations. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship management and customer service orientation skills
- A profound understanding of how political, social and cultural differences affect successful partnerships
