Job Description
API is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow its engineering team, driving development, delivery, and maintenance of high-impact products. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in Java, Angular, and AWS, along with strong leadership and communication skills. It will involve defining requirements, driving delivery, and fostering career growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing an engineering team responsible for full product delivery.
- 8+ years of hands-on individual contributor (IC) experience in software engineering.
- Strong technical background and proficient in Java, Angular, and AWS.
