Job Description
As a Day Spa Manager at Pullman Magenta Shores, you will lead and manage our spa team, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of care. You will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction, while training and mentoring spa staff.
Requirements
- Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage
- Proven expertise in retail, sales, leadership, training, and team development
- Strong business acumen and focus on achieving business goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and thoughtful communication style
- Expert time management skills, with ability to customize treatments for each guest's unique needs
- Proactive, positive attitude, and experience in Hotel/Resort Spa
