Assistant Director of Sales - Ha Noi Based

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying business trends, and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our revenue manager, sales associates, and other stakeholders to achieve our sales targets.

Requirements

• Take full accountability in pricing grids and budget setting of the resort
• Identify business trends and marketing opportunities
• Prospecting and growing an account list
• Plan, execute and follow-up on sales trips
• Work closely with other sales associates
• Be the principal contact with Phu Quoc Tourism and government authorities
• Represent the resort in industry forums and seize every opportunity to highlight the resort
