Director of Sales and Marketing

Accor is the world’s largest and fastest-growing hotel group with a network of more than 5,000 properties in over 90 countries. We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our senior leadership team to drive the Sales and Marketing team to maximise market position of the Hotel and Pumphouse to deliver performance objectives.

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and support the wider business objectives.
• Cultivate, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners to support long-term business development.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
