Job Description
AccountingDepartment.com is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their team, reporting to Client Services. This remote position involves handling complex financial tasks for multiple clients, performing bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, and managing accounts payable/receivable. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The company is a leader in outsourced virtual accounting services.
Requirements
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Sage Intacct
- 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- 2+ years of experience with Month-End Close Process
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and proactive
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
