We're looking for a Community Lead to shape how users connect, learn and advocate for better communication across the NHS. The role is mission-critical and involves building a strategic and scalable community ecosystem, turning unstructured clinical conversations into meaningful impact, and evolving platforms and programmes to support national scale.
Requirements
- Community strategy experience within SaaS, tech or healthcare, ideally with primary or secondary care users.
- Strong user insight capabilities, able to understand clinical behaviours and translate them into clear community priorities.
- Programme design and scaling, with experience building ambassador programmes, engagement frameworks or structured insight workflows.
- Exceptional content and communication skills to turn unstructured peer conversations into learning-focused, user-led content.
- Data-driven decision making, using analytics and feedback to assess community health, identify trends and refine strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Product, User Research, Product Marketing and Events to drive shared outcomes.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset, comfortable guiding users through platform evolution, new care settings, and organisational change.
