Requirements

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare timely financial statements
• Ensure compliance with UK financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and fintech-related security guidelines
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with senior leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and performance
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support the company’s growth objectives
• Coordinate and manage annual audits, working closely with external auditors, and address findings promptly
