CT High School ELA Teacher-Immediate Opening (2025-26)

Achievement First is seeking a dedicated CT High School ELA Teacher to join their team for 2025-26. This position offers a supportive community, professional development, collaborative planning, and personalized coaching. The role focuses on inspiring students to become leaders, and creating a positive learning culture. The focus is on academic achievement, growth, and creating a meaningful impact on students' lives. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic achievement and personal development
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.0; Master’s degree preferred.
• CT certification or application in progress
• Spanish language proficiency (a plus)
